Good work connects
the question to the detail.
Understand the store, agree the right work, and make the path to implementation clear.
A useful plan has
a way to happen.
Content needs a place in the store. Design needs working templates. Automation needs clear inputs. Growth work needs a journey that can be measured and understood.
We bring those dependencies into the scope so that the work can move from an idea to something you can review and use.
Understand the store.
Start with the business, the customer journey and the evidence available. Confirm the question before deciding what to build or change.
What becomes clearer: The store, the current setup, the problem and the evidence.
Agree the right work.
Choose the extent of the change. Make deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities and review points explicit in the scope.
What becomes clearer: An agreed scope and a clear path to implementation.
Build and check.
Keep the implementation visible. Check representative pages and journeys, including narrow screens and the paths where something goes wrong.
What becomes clearer: Reviewable work, documented checks and remaining decisions.
Review what happened.
Separate what was delivered from the effect it had. Review the available evidence and decide what needs further attention.
What becomes clearer: A record of the change and a considered next decision.
Before we
get started.
Can we start with a specific problem?
Yes. Bring the store and the change you want to make. The work can be scoped around a particular page, workflow or growth question; a full revamp is one possible route.
Do you handle implementation?
Design, development and automation are part of what we do. Each scope should say which recommendations, content, CMS changes and development tasks are included, and who owns the rest.
Do we need to be on Shopify?
Shopify is a starting point for our ecommerce work, not a requirement for every conversation. The right scope depends on your platform, integrations and the problem you want to solve.
How are cost and timing agreed?
They are defined around the actual work, dependencies and responsibilities in a proposal. This website does not set a standard package, timeline or guaranteed result.
